question of the day

here's a puzzler for you... how many jackets can i purchase before it becomes "a problem"?

because my discovery of the Tulle website has my virtual shopping cart piled sky high with reasonably-priced fall and winter goodies galore!

while i'm not quite ready to hang up my sundresses and flip-flops just yet, these threads have me day-dreaming of pumpkin-spice lattes, cashmere gloves, and college football!

  1. Um....I'm pretty sure you can never have too many jackets - I love 'em because they hide all the wobbly bits (as Bridget Jones would say)! Jackets are perhaps what makes Fall/Winter so wonderful - and I'm loving the ones you've picked out!

  2. I think the more the merrier when it comes to jackets. Esp when you live in a climate that doesn't warrant a heavy winter coat all the time. I have so many jackets I wear pretty much like sweater. Its easy to wear the same few pairs of jeans or plain slacks/ skirt if you've got fun jackets to wear!

  3. I love these fall jackets. I just recently purchased another one when I was out shopping with my sister and she told me that I didn't really need it. That statement is somewhat true but the price was too great to pass by.

The only problem with cute jackets with fancy prints is trying to coordinate it with my existing wardrobe. If I had the talent of a personal shopper I'd be set. maybe one day.

  4. Fall is my absolute favorite time of the year! And for SO many reasons - my favorite are me & the Hub's weekend drives up north into apple country - you will never find anything better than an amazingly fresh fried apple pie, a la mode! Seriously.

And for the jacket question - IO agree with the above - you can never have too many! I find so many occassions to wear each & every one of mine & I can't wait to start my fall shopping this year :-)

  10. I agree, never enough jackets. Never. I love 90% of what you chose, especially loving the red beauty!

I am so ready for fall.. Even though I love a good flip flop, I can only handle June and July when it comes to summer. Being born and raised in Washington, I miss my rain and cold breeze.

  13. I just discovered tulle recently too! Bought a cute red jacket that I love but not sure if it's just the one, or just me, but it was way too tight in the sleeves. I swear my arms are only mildly sausage-like. But it gave me a complex!

  14. Yeah, we bought some of the same jackets. It's your fault.

  15. Okay, here's the thing...I live in Houston and I am OBSESSED with coats and fall-appropriate clothing. OBSESSED. My Midwestern fiancee and his family find this to be the funniest thing they have ever seen. They like to tease me on the number of coats I pack to visit them over Thanksgiving!

So to answer your question, have a lot of coats is never a problem. Never.
