10 for 20... plus a giveaway!

This week, Quesita is officially Half-Baked!  It's crazy how the days can simultaneously fly by and creep along... but here we are... 20 down, 20 to go.

In honor of this mini-milestone, and because I love perusing lists of others' favorites, I give you my Top 10 Essentials for the 1st 20 Weeks...

A thoughtful coworker brought me a pack of these during my first trimester, and they helped so much with nausea {not to mention Pregnancy Dragon Breath!}.

2. Archer Farms {Target Brand} Spaghetti Pesto
I'm sure being stranded at the Residence Inn had something to do with it, but I probably ate this twice or thrice a week for 5 weeks or so.  It's delicious, made from clean ingredients, and ready in 15 minutes.

Despite the overly perky cover model, this is book is completely non-annoying, which is more than I can say for that What to Expect nonsense.  The information is easily digestible {one chapter per week? you got this!} and the "scary stuff" is thoughtfully presented {again, WTF WTE... why so alarmist?}.  I also enjoy the weekly exercise / stretching suggestions and the "actual size of your baby" illustrations... because sometimes you need a visual that doesn't involve the supermarket produce section

I bought two of these camis {the "bra friendly" style} when they were on sale at Zulily, and I wish I'd purchased more - they have quickly become my favorite camisoles. They are not maternity wear but are super stretchy, super long, one size fits all {sizes 0-24} tanks that work great for those with or without buns in the oven.  They do not bunch or ride up - a rarity!  Also, they are thin but not too thin - I wear them with an unbuttoned cardigan and don't feel as if I'm walking around in my underpinnings in public. Good stuff all around.

My favorite on-the-go snack... they taste just like the Hippie Fruit Roll-Ups my mom used to pack in my lunch as a wee Kate... that is to say: they taste like actual fruit because they are made of actual fruit.  Ground-breaking, I know.

There is A LOT of baby shit out there.  Baby Bargains {book} tells you which shit is the best {ie: safest, user-friendliest, highest quality, etc} and gives you tips on how to buy said best shit for less.  Lucie's List {website...all free} serves a similar function but narrows the best shit down to a manageable number of items {as opposed to the Lonesome-Dove-sized list handed to you at Buy Buy Baby or a similar brick & mortar merchant}.  Lucie's List also keeps it real and actually uses words like "shit"... which, as you might imagine, I appreciate.  Plus she'll send you a topical e-newsletter each week if you fork over your email address - most of which I've found infinitely more helpful than any of the crap BabyCenter or the Bump sends me.

My skin is naturally dry and zee bebe makes it dryer.  Without this stuff, I itch like there's no tomorrow.  {thanks, Mom for the rec!}

I should have tacked "save for the oil slick that's taken up permanent residence on my face" to the end of that first sentence under Numero Siete.  This has always been my favorite concealer but it's as essential to life as air and elastic waistbands now.

9. Goat's Milk Soap
This also helps with the dry skin and is free of perfumes {which now offend me} and dyes.  I buy mine homemade from a lady at Whole Foods but you can find the Canus brand here.

Y'all know I'm a huge fan of GAP since their revamp-age 2 years ago, and I've been equally impressed with their maternity line.  So much so that, if you see me wearing pants or jeans,  you can bet they hail from GAP.  My first maternity purchases were a pair of Always Skinny Jeans and the Slim Cropped Pants {both with the Demi Panel}.  You best be believin' these will be worn into the ground by the time Quesita arrives.  GAP was also kind enough to send me a few other pants to try, and the Perfect Boot Pants and the Perfect Panel Trouser Jeans {can't find them online right now} quickly took their place amongst my favorites. {Just to keep things real, I'm not a fan of the Always Skinnies with the Full Panel or the Back Panel Legging Jeans - neither were good fits for me.} I'm anxiously awaiting the "belly pop" so I can sport some of the new tops I just picked up {on my own dime, fyi}.

And because everyone needs more denim in their life, I'm giving away a coupon for a Free Pair of GAP Denim Jeans!

**As explained above, GAP has been generous enough to give me a few maternity freebies with no strings attached.  I have not been asked to blog about these products or to host a giveaway... I am doing so because I truly love the GAP brand and the vast majority of their products.

^^It's also worth noting that my reviews of the other products listed above are not sponsored nor solicited by their respective manufacturers.  It's just a bunch-o-crap I've been loving these past 20 weeks!

  1. This is a great giveaway! I loved GAP maternity jeans while I was pregnant! Although, I opted for the full panel and it was so much more comfortable in the 3rd trimester.

I blogged about some of my favorite pregnancy items a while back. Here's the link! http://keepingupwiththewinstons.blogspot.com/2011/06/essential-pregnancy-items.html

  2. What a fun giveaway, I love GAP Jeans!! My favorite product this fall is Trish McEvoy eye base... I think I've gone through an entire tube in a month!

  3. LOVE your blog! I am going to try those ginger Altoids. We are all sick with a nasty stomach virus right now and could use some relief. Yuck! My fave pregnancy product was one of those pregnancy pillows. In the 3rd trimester when I was the size of a whale, it allowed me to get some sleep for at least a couple of hours at a time. My back and my sides ached so badly. Thanks for the giveaway! I heart the Gap. Congrats on the baby, too. I laughed out loud at your post regarding baby names. Too funny and true! Have a great day!

  4. I lived in GAP pants while pregnant last year. Towards the end, I just wore maternity leggings because they were so comfy. A definite must buy!

  5. oooh good giveaway! i've never been preggers, so i'm no help in that department. but this fall i've been loving pretzel M&M's and neutrogena healthy skin enhancers: tinted moisturizer with retinol AND SPF 20. and much more wallet-friendly than my fave laura mercier tinted moisturizer. merci boucoup!

  7. GAP jeans have treated me pretty well in recent years, so this is an exciting giveaway :)

fall product love ~ stash double spice chai tea has been a morning essential for the past month. love the spicy hot comfort in the cool mornings.

  8. I have tried Old Navy and Motherhood jeans, but have not yet tried GAP maternity. This is a great giveaway! I am 22 weeks and my favorite product right now is Mama Bees (by Burt Bees) Belly oil. It smells like lemon cake! Yum!

  9. No buns in this oven yet, so my favorite product this fall has been Benefit's "They're Real" mascara. That stuff does amazing things for the eyes and it's not harsh and clumpy like most mascaras can be. I'd recommend it to anyone.

  10. I LOVE GAP jeans and therefore love this giveaway :)

This fall I'm loving Starbucks Salted Caramel Mocha--Delish! and Maybelline Baby Lips Lip Balm in Peach Kiss: SPF 20, moisturizers, a little color and only $4!

  11. so fun - what a great list, I'm definitely taking notes!

my favorite product this fall has been apricot scrub facewash - my skin went crazy a few months ago and this is the only thing bringing me back to reality!

  12. I'm just one week ahead of you in baby brewing and I love Old Navy full panel skinny maternity jeans. Almost like wearing sweats....And I just ordered Gap maternity jeans online last night, so hope they work.

My favorite pregnancy thing is blue cheese! I'm still nauseous and only have a list of 10-ish "safe" foods that don't make me gag. Made with pasteurized milk, for some reason I could eat blue cheese all day long now.

  13. I've always loved Gap jeans! Great giveaway!

I just bought Chanel's Rouge Coco lipstick after reading rave reviews... so far so good! I'm new to lipstick so I like that it's so sheer.

  14. I just got my maternity always skinny demi and perfect bootcut in the mail yesterday! LOVE them. I own both pairs in regular versions as well. I plan on wearing these for the next 20 weeks non stop. Perfect giveaway because I could always try more:) I also got some great GAP maternity tunics that I am loving this fall!

    ReplyDelete
  15. This give away is GREAT! I LOVED GAP maternity jeans and LOVE GAP jeans! My favorite "pregnancy product" is a tunic. The tunic becomes more of a shirt as the baby belly grows. Once the pregnancy is over the tunic can still be worn. It's a great way to not spend a whole lot of money on true maternity clothes.

    ReplyDelete
  16. My favorite pregnancy product were the nursing tanks from target, they are amazing! I could lounge around in a tank top all day which obviously is much better than lounging in just a bra...

    ReplyDelete
  17. My new product obsession is the Moroccan hair oil. Alas, I know it's not new. And, after using it for a good few weeks, I'm kicking myself for holding out that long. I was missing out!

Also, yay prego goodies! And, giveaways!

    ReplyDelete
  18. I love Gap jeans!

My favorite fall product is a pot of Nivea Creme I picked up when I was traveling - it's heavy enough for my dry skin but not greasy. And I love the scent as well!

    ReplyDelete
  19. I NEVER knew there were ginger altoids. I'm honestly pretty pissed off because I didn't have morning sickness, but more all day nausea. They probably would've helped. Anyhoodle- I survived on room temperature coke (as in Coca-Cola). It was my first morning desire every single day.

Thanks for hosting a giveaway Kate. Mama could really use a new pair of jeans. :)

    ReplyDelete
  20. Being that I have no bun in the oven I don't have any favorite pregnancy products. BUT I did stock up on some super soft t-shirts from Gap recently that I love!

    ReplyDelete
  21. As Soon as I found out I was pregnant I went out and bought Bio oil, we have belly time in my house where my husband rubs in and bonds with the baby while rubbing it on. I'm really enjoying wearing leggings right now. Romaxlove@gmail.com

  22. How sweet of you & Gap! Fall doesn't ever feel like fall until I've lit a pumpkin scented candle, so, right now I'm loving my Wood Wick "Autumn Leaves" candle!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Love GAP everything! Favorite preggo product - my snoogle pillow! Could not have slept without it!

    ReplyDelete
  24. Do chicken fingers count as a "pregnancy product"? Because I loved them and they helped me get through many rough days of pregnancy ;) I will be really happy if I win so I can buy myself a pair of jeans that actually fit!

    ReplyDelete
  25. What a great giveaway!

I'm loving the plethera of fall candles that are out right now. They may me want to curl up and read a good book!

    ReplyDelete
  26. I can't really remember attaching to any product while pregnant. Actually, I remember thinking they were all gimicky and refused to purchase any of them. Then again, I'm a tightwad and was probably just looking for a way to not spend money (: So I think I'll go with my non-maternity clothes. I loved buying regular-sized items and pulling them off as maternity. Thankfully I was pregnant while high-waisted shirts were in style and I was able to live in these! Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  27. My favorite fall item is Cinnabon creamer from international delights!

    ReplyDelete
  28. Hmmm ... favorite pregnancy item ... cupcakes? Does that count? I definitley used pregnancy as an excuse to indulge every once in a while.

Favorite fall item? Elf cosmetics -- specifically the blushed/bronzed combo. Discovered it recently and it is fantastic!! (and easy on the pocketbook)

    ReplyDelete
  29. Wish I had known about the ginger altoids! My favorite was the Bella b body butter. I know the stretch mark prevention issue is controversial, but it worked for me even if just as a moisturizer.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Great giveaway! I'm not pregnant, but I'm loving boots and fall nails :)

    ReplyDelete
  31. Awesome giveaway! I am in desperate need of some new jeans and this would be fantastic. My favorite product this fall are those Sally Hansen nail strips. I was doubtful since the colors are a bit too much for my nails, but they are perfect for my toenails. I'm currently on week three of gold sparkly toes and there isn't a chip in sight.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I am loving Origins Ginger Souffle body lotion this fall (and, well, always!). It's the perfect scent for fall!

    ReplyDelete
  33. I'm obsessed with coconut vanilla body lotion from Bath and Body Works - it's like bringing a little beachiness to the fall!

    ReplyDelete
  34. I'm not even a pregs and I love the Whole Food's 365 brand prenatal vitamins. I am a happy vegetarian knowing that these are bringing it with the folic acid and my hair, skin and nails look great. It's also nice knowing that I'm taking care of myself should the storks's Tom Tom have a glitch and he somehow ends up at my house sometime soon.

Thank you for the great giveaway!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Haven't been pregnant yet but my favorite cousin is right now and I loved going baby shower registering with her. So much super cute things and funny things too ha!

    ReplyDelete
  36. I feel like karma is telling me I will win this giveaway since back in the day at your first Gap Ambassador party I didn't receive my pair of jeans, even though I helped clean up ;-)

    Maybe? Bueller?

At any rate, no lie, this fall I'm loving Gap Always Skinny jeans... which I tried on multiple times in the past and didn't like, but this fall are making me happy. So fickle, we shoppers are!

    ReplyDelete
  37. I've also been reading Your Pregnancy Week by Week and have been enjoying it. I'd heard a lot of bad things about What to Expect so I passed on that one. I'm going to check out those camis!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Great giveaway! My son is almost 10 weeks old and I've been postponing going shopping until I lose the last of the baby weight. Those pesky last 10 lbs need to disappear!

I have a two way tie for my favorite pregnancy products: One-a-Day Prenatal Vitamins with DHA were (and still are) a must. Our pediatrician was impressed because they include the DHA supplement, which you need when breastfeeding. I also LOVED Burts Bees Mama Bee body oil. It smells yummy and it kept my skin feeling soft and not itchy at the very end!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Not pregnant - but my favorite product this fall is mixing pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, honey and fage yogurt for healthy breakfast.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Not preggo but my favorite product I've just discovered is Maybelline Erase Dark Circles Concealer in brightening. Its a light pink that hides my dark circles.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I have always wanted to try the Gap always skinny jeans- thanks for a great giveaway!

My favorite things right now are: a scarf from Target, pumpkin spice americanos/lattes, and our new kitchen knife- it makes chopping go so much more quickly!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Great giveaway! Loving your blog!!! I've never been pregnant but my husband and I were blessed with a one week old baby girl this summer. So my favorite product this fall is for her - the SwaddleMe wraps by Summer Infant. I have found that the velcro on these is the very best! She absolutely loves them, and with all the hoopla about what you can and can't put in an infant's crib, these are a life saver since she wears them! You must get some!

    ReplyDelete
  43. I love Gap jeans!

Baby product...hmmm. I think it's a sound machine. Our house is all hardwoods, so sound carries like crazy. The sound machine has helped the babies stay asleep!

    ReplyDelete
  44. So far, my favorite product at the moment is ginger ale. I'm too nauseous to think about anything else. Bring on the ginger altoids, though!

    ReplyDelete
  45. I love, love, love Gap jeans!

No babes for me yet so no thoughts on pregnancy products, but my fave new purchase this fall were the Missoni flats. Love them.

    ReplyDelete
  46. I don't have many recs on baby or pregnancy products, but my favorite thing this fall is this lavender hand creme my aunt got me from l'Occitane. So fabulous. At this very moment, my favorite thing is the guide or dispenser thing for my packing tape, because I don't have to constantly be trying to find the end of it like with duct tape :) oh, packing.

    ReplyDelete
  47. oh man...two things got me through my pregnancy. NAPS. and bio-oil. that stuff is a life saver! and even now, 4 months post-partum, it's still working it's magic.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Never been prego, but my favorite item this fall are my bic bands.... :)

    ReplyDelete
  49. No pregnancies to draw wisdom from, but right now I'm just loving that it's almost cool enough to start wearing jackets again...and I LOVE jackets. And scarves. And weather that isn't 350 degrees. And I'd love some new jeans from the Gap!

    ReplyDelete
  50. When I was pregnant I LOVED my wedge belly pillow it was the best!

    ReplyDelete
  51. Hmm, well I'm definitely not pregnant, so no recommendations there, but my favorite product this fall is Honeycrisp apples with Justin's Honey Peanut Butter. I seriously can not get enough of either of these items!!

    ReplyDelete
  52. I think I have to say my Bella Band is one of my most loved products! I can't wear all my pre-preg pants with the band, but I am thankful I can even wear a couple, with its help!

    ReplyDelete
  53. It's funny, because I can rattle off a list of my favorite baby stuff, but I had a hard time thinking of what products I loved in pregnancy. I loved my Bella Bands, and the pair of Joe's Jeans I paid WAY too much for. I regret getting rid of those items, but I thought I was only having one kid!

The biggest though? I had acne really bad before I got pregnant, then I got knocked up and it cleared up. COMPLETELY. However, my face was dry and flaky in some spots, and super greasy in others, which makes no sense. I started using Kiehl's Ultra Facial Toner after washing my face and it really helped even things out.

    ReplyDelete
  54. lets see...my favorites would be a tie between my full body pillow that makes it so I don't roll over on my back and Cheerios. Seriously, if it weren't for Cheerios I would have died of starvation the first 20 weeks, I was so sick and they were the only thing I could choke down.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Okay... NO buns in the oven yet, but my current fav fall item is Nivea "A Kiss of Shine" natural look glossy lip care. I don't think it's necessarily new to the market, but it's new to me & I'm loving it :-)It offers the perfect texture (i.e. not so sticky) and lovely glossy look that doesn't disappear after one lick. And it offers a lovely scent. All good in the hood... Love the stuff! I'd also love some fabulous free GAP pants :-) Thanks!

  56. yay! this is fun! i currently cannot live without a glassful of crushed ice at all times. my favorite product so far is bella bee tummy butter i am hoping to avoid stretch marks by some miracle and i love the way this smells and keep my skin moisturized pretty much all day! http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0007V6PK6

  57. My favorite "product" of the fall is Starbucks' Cinnamon Dulce Lattes. Does that count? (I'm not pregnant). But I love Gap jeans, so thanks for doing this giveaway!

    ReplyDelete
  58. I love gap maternity jeans -so much better than other maternity pants. I also loved sour patch kids. Helped with the nausea and bad taste in my mouth.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Great giveaway! I was just looking at a new pair of Gap maternity jeans the other day, but I haven't pulled the trigger quite yet.

My favorite pregnancy items from last time were Curel Pregnancy & Motherhood Moisture Cream (because I can't stand the smell of cocoa butter, pregnant or not), and my UT Tervis Tumbler because I drank ice water non-stop.

    ReplyDelete
  60. No pregnancy help, but I will say, I loved your list! I like to know what's in with the pregnant crowd so I can pick an item or two for friends when I find out they're expecting.

My favorite item this fall? The $12 long sleeved Merona T's from Target. I just can't get enough of mine!

    ReplyDelete
  61. I <3 Gap Jeans - thanks for the giveaway!

I'm not pregnant, but this Fall, I am LOVING my S'well Bottle -- it keeps cold drinks cold for 24 hours (!) and hot drinks hot for 12 hours (though since it's so dang hot in Texas, I haven't tried it with a hot drink). I used it all summer and, in the 104 degree heat, it would not melt my ice cubes in the bottle in my hot car while I went shopping! A.maz.ing. If you haven't heard of it, check it out at swellbottle.com (I bought mine on Fab.com though).

    ReplyDelete
  62. I'm not pregnant, but I always love reading what's going on with Kate and now, Quesita!

This fall I love Eucerin Calming Creme lotion-this stuff stops the "screaming itchies" as my mom says. You know, where your skin is so dry you want to scream and claw at it? This lotion works so great, even though I have combo skin.

Congrats on making it halfway through!!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Ooh such a great giveaway! I will de-lurk to comment. I am not with child, but I'm always up for sharing products - my fave right now is lip balm in any form. Currently it's Burts Bees Honey Lip Balm specifically :)

    ReplyDelete
  64. I need a new pair of gap jeans that fit my post baby butt and gut!

    ReplyDelete
  65. I'm not pregnant, but those ginger altoids are pretty awesome for fall (and all other seasons!). They're a good way to get rid of bad breath without getting all minty.

    Such a good giveaway too!

    ReplyDelete
  66. Oooh I LOVE Gap Jeans! My faves are the Real Straight, and my last pair has a bad hole in the inner thigh region, which makes them a wee bit inappropriate for work. Anyway, I'm not preggo, but my favorite fall things are: the Starbucks salted caramel mocha, and the pumpkin spice latte.

Is it bad that my two favorite things are drinks from Starbucks? Hmmm.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Here are two pregnancy products I will add to the list as I am in my 28th week currently: panty liners and bra extenders. Neither one is glamorous, but both get the job done. Funny joke of pregnancy: thinking you no longer need items like panty liners. If you are me, you do. Ditto to bra extenders (sold for a few bucks at fabric stores). Haven't bought a new bra yet (but do need to get some new jeans for my husband...)

    ReplyDelete
  68. LOOOOVE GAP jeans!!! I've been loving all things pumpkin this fall...and I'll probably have to get a bigger size pants now :(

    ReplyDelete
  69. My favorite fall product is Blue Moon pumpkin harvest ale!

    ReplyDelete
  70. We had a tiny glimpse of fall in Southern California last week and I was ecstatic to pull out my tights and dust off my boots! We're back up to 100 degrees this week, but I'm so excited for the weather to cool down again.

I'm also pregnant and would love some gap skinny jeans! They're the only ones that fit me right.

    ReplyDelete
  71. My must-have is chocolate to help get me through all of the "wish I had a bump of my own" moments :) Would love a new pair of jeans!

    ReplyDelete
  72. My favorite item was my Bella Band. I managed to get through my entire second pregnancy without having to buy any maternity dress pants, which was great!

Have to admit, I just now fell back in love with Gap jeans. I don't think I had even tried a pair on in years. After this second baby I'm still having a little trouble fitting into my pre-baby jeans, and a friend of mine let me try a pair of her Gap jeans on that didn't fit her anymore...love!! I wear them all the time, so a new pair would be great!

    ReplyDelete
  73. no buns in the oven, but I too love reading ours lists of faves.
currently mine are maybelliene falsies mascara and mellowcreme pumpkins-love halloweeen candy!

    ReplyDelete
  74. HOKAY.

So! I am totally excited for this chance, as I've been losing some weight and though I'm in between sizes and have a problem with my stuff fitting, I don't want to spend any money yet until I'm at my goal! So! Here goes!

LOVING all my Kendra Scott earrings this fall. They're helping jazz up an otherwise dull I'm-kind-of-in-waiting wardrobe. Plus it feels great wearing them as I get compliments almost every single time, I kid you not. And I have you to thank for that!

Speaking of your influence: Totally off to buy a couple of SNUG camis. One size fits all? Then they're one of the few things I will let myself buy right now. HUZZAH!

Man, I so wish you got some kickbacks on this stuff.

PS - I hope this email linky things works. Let me know if it doesn't? I've always wanted to do it anyway!

    ReplyDelete
  75. What a great giveaway! My favorite pregnancy product right now is actually my pair of GAP maternity full-panel sexy bootcut jeans. They fit sooo much better than my other maternity pants. I totally second your opinion-- GAP has great maternity clothes. I could definitely use another pair of jeans!

    ReplyDelete
  76. I'm not pregant but one thing I am loving this fall is my Gilden Tree 95% Shea Butter Balm. The combo of our horrible soap at work and the space heater I use at my desk dries out my hands, and this stuff is an amazing moisturizer.

  78. AH, I love Gap jeans! They're only jeans I've bought for the last year, and I'm due for a new pair right about now anyway.

The thing I'm loving... well, I'm not pregnant, but I did just have to buy a baby shower gift for a friend. We got her one of those cute sock monkey baby hats. That thing is so cute I could hardly bear to give it up. (Which is strange because it was way to small for my own head. I suppose I just wanted to put it in a box for "someday when we have a wee one...")

    ReplyDelete
  79. My fave preggo product is birth control, because I love my man, but this gal ain't ready for kids yet. It's the perfect compliment to any single girl's Fall wardrobe :) PS: Loving your pregnancy posts, your totally honest and open opinions on being pregnant and also Dallas in general!! I'm an Austin girl through and through but this city is really starting to grow on me!!

    ReplyDelete
  80. I LOVE Gap jeans - especially the Long and Leans and LIVED in the maternity version throughout my pregnancy!! But I have to say my favorite "pregnancy product" was my body pillow!! I wrapped myself around that thing like a pretzel and slept with it every night once my belly got big - it really helped alleviate back and hip soreness!

    ReplyDelete
  81. My pregnancy must have was popsicles. Is that considered a must have? Because it should be. Or a body pillow. My product for fall? Scarves, scarves and more scarves.

    ReplyDelete
  82. My favorite item during my pregnancy last year was Target's maternity tights. I was pregnant during the same seasons (had my daughter in March) and found these ESSENTIAL for getting through those last two months when it was cold. Held up over the basketball belly like a dream!

    ReplyDelete
  83. fuuuun. I should have sent you my copy of that back! love the spaghetti pasta, too! My pregnancy essential has always been food...that counts, right? :-)

    ReplyDelete
  84. I love my Old Navy skinny maternity jeans. They fit great and are super cheap. Also, the Baby Bump iPhone app is great. I love to read what other people are going through. I can't wait to try the Gap maternity clothes. They sound awesome!

    ReplyDelete
  85. My favorite Fall item is my camel blazer! It goes with everything :)

    ReplyDelete
  86. I love Mustela's Double Action Cream for stretch mark prevention.

    ReplyDelete
  87. I would love to win this... really really want some black maternity skinnies. Does Gap even make those? I hope so. I've basically been living in these pea in the pod tank tops that a friend sent - long, soft and stretchy. I wear them under thin shirts so my belly button doesn't protrude so much, at night with PJ pants, around the house with a cardi... I'm pretty much wearing one all the time. I also have a couple of Olian dresses that I LOVE and will probably wear post-maternity as well. They fit and flatter me really well, and are very comfy.

Missed you this weekend - xoxo!

    ReplyDelete

  89. What a fun list. I need to get myself to Target and get some of those altoids! The first time I was pregnant, my favorite thing was Aura Cacia Calming Milk and Bath. This oatmeal bath has lavender in it and was great of itchy skin. Just about to pull it out again this fall for this second pregnancy. Plus you smell divine afterwards.

Oh Gap jeans. They have the best prego pants. How I would love to have a pair this go around.

  92. My fav pregnancy product was the Preggie Pop citrus flavored candies. I was able to discreetly suck on those while at work during my first trimester. I had all day sickness! As far as buying a special pregnancy-designed pillow, I just used a couple regular pillows. One for between my knees and one half shoved under my belly when I was on my side for support.

  93. Not a pregnancy product, but my favorite baby product right now is my Moby Wrap. I want to scream it from the rooftops. Love love love it. A pregnant girl stopped me in the grocery store yesterday to ask me what type of carrier I was using and I may have scared her off with my enthusiasm for the Moby.

  94. Yeah! I'm hoping this prize also works for maternity jeans? I'm 25W (with a girl as well!) and am wearing my always skinny with demi panel OUT. Seriously I wear them 5-6 days a week. Great giveaway!

  97. amen to the week-by-week book and the concealer. an added benefit of the book - advancing your bookmark or dogeared page gives a nice (sometimes panic-inducing) visual representation of how far along you are!

i have always been a fan of gap jeans, especially the regular always skinnies. however i have the maternity always skinnies with a demi panel and the full panel bootcut and i get unbearable saggy ass after only a couple hours of wear. i'm desperately seeking alternatives!
