spanxy good times!

oh man. pure exhaustion is where i'm at right about now. totally worth it, but i'm struggling.

a little later today / tomorrow i have tons-o-fun things to share - including, but not limited to, photos from E&J's Wedding Weekend and my finds for Jess from Watch Search '09 - but right now, i leave you with this gem.

  1. Sometimes I feel like a failed girl because I've never worn Spanx. I even bought some once, but just couldn't bring myself to do it. Which brings me to the truth of the matter, which is that most often I feel like a subversive 'loving my hips' girl for not wearing Spanx, and I like that feeling. Either way, at least I can breathe!

    You are adorable. xo.

  8. I know a girl who didn't know what they were. Probably because she was a skinny bitch. And I was forced to hate her from that point forward....

  9. SPAAAANX! I need some, actually. I keep meaning to go on a hunt for a pair, and I'm only reminded every time I catch a glimpse of myself in a dress and you can see my complete outline of my belly button, buddha belly, and thighs. Cringe.

Great picture. I think I love you. ♥

  11. In my house, those are known as "scary pants" because you look scary wearing them before you put on your other clothes!
